At Booth Medical Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
